Refund policy

We want you to love what arrives. If something isn't right, here's exactly how it works.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unapplied, and in its original packaging. Once a decal has been unbacked or applied to a surface, it can't be resold and can't be returned.

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale

Custom rainbows, personalized dance floor decals, and any piece produced in colors or sizes you specified are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. They're cut and printed for your order alone.

This is the trade-off that makes made-to-order possible. If you're matching an exact paint color, we recommend ordering a small size first.

How to start a return

Email hello@lilinmomo.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send instructions.

Items sent back without an approved return request won't be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Approved returns are sent to:

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, photograph the parcel and the item as it arrived and email us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll replace it at no cost to you, and you won't need to send the original back. This applies to custom pieces too — final sale covers changes of mind, not our mistakes.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved. We don't hold stock against pending returns.

Refunds

We'll email you once your return arrives and has been inspected. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days longer to post it.

If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and nothing has landed, email hello@lilinmomo.com and we'll chase it.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The item must be unopened, unapplied, and in its original packaging.

Under EU consumer law, this right does not extend to goods made to your specification or clearly personalized — which includes our custom rainbows and personalized dance floor decals.
