Before you order
How long until my order ships?
Most orders ship in 2–4 business days. Large-format murals take 4–7 days. Rush options are available at checkout for events.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. Shipping is free on every order to the mainland US, with no minimum. Other regions on request — email us before ordering.
Do you offer returns?
Standard sets can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unopened and in their original packaging. Custom rainbows and personalized pieces are made to order and final sale. Full details on our refund policy.
Can I change my order after I place it?
If we haven't started production yet, yes — email us within a few hours of ordering. Once it's printed, the materials are committed.
About the builder
Can I pick any color?
Yes — every band is a separate color, every color is yours to choose. Pull from a curated palette or pick exact hex codes.
Will it look like the preview?
The builder preview is calibrated to the actual print colors. Screen-to-print isn't perfect, but it's close — order a small first if you're matching exact paint.
Can I save my design?
Yes — the builder saves your last design in your browser. Want it to follow you across devices? Make an account.
Going big
How do I measure my wall?
Measure widest and tallest points. Pick a size a few inches past the edges — better to trim than fall short.
Can I install it alone?
Yes. Murals come in panels — one person, one afternoon.
Will it stick to textured walls?
Light texture or smooth painted drywall is best. Very rough brick or popcorn ceilings may lift at the high points.
For the big day
When should I install it?
An hour or two before the floor opens. Clean floor, dry application, 20 minutes for most sizes.
Will it survive a long night?
Yes — rated for one-day commercial use. Holds through dancing in heels.
How do I remove it after?
Peel it up by hand. No chemicals, no scraping, no residue on sealed floors.
Once it's on the wall
How do I clean it?
Dust with a soft dry cloth. For marks, a barely damp cloth — never soak it.
Can I reposition it during install?
Yes — lift slowly and reapply within the first minute. After 24 hours it sets firmly.
Will it damage paint when I remove it?
No, when applied to fully cured paint (3+ weeks after painting). Peel slowly, at a low angle.
