Shipping & Returns

Everything we make is produced in-house, so timing depends a little on what you ordered. Here's the plain version.

Processing time

Most orders leave the studio in 2–4 business days. Peel & stick murals and large-format pieces take 4–7 business days, since they print and cure in panels.

Planning around an event? Rush production is available at checkout. If your date is tight, email us before you order and we'll confirm we can make it.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia. Shipping anywhere else is usually possible — email us before ordering and we'll quote it.

Rates and delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. Orders over $75 ship free within the United States.

Every order ships tracked. Delivery typically lands 3–7 business days after dispatch domestically, and 7–21 business days internationally.

Tracking your order

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking the moment your parcel is scanned. If the tracking hasn't moved in five business days, write to us — we'll chase it from our side.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't included in your total and aren't something we can waive or pre-pay. They're collected by your local carrier on delivery.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the parcel and the decal exactly as it arrived, and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it. You won't need to send the damaged piece back.

Returns

Standard decal sets can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unopened and in their original packaging. Once a decal has been unbacked or applied, it can't be resold or returned.

To start a return, email hello@lilinmomo.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions. [CONFIRM: WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING] Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the parcel reaching us.

Custom and made-to-order pieces

Custom rainbows, personalized dance floor decals, and any piece made in colors you chose are final sale. They're cut and printed for your order specifically, so there's nothing to resell.

This isn't us being strict — it's the trade-off that makes made-to-order possible. If you're matching an exact paint color, order a small size first.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us as soon as you can. If production hasn't started, we can change colors, sizes, or the shipping address, or cancel outright. Once the material is cut or printed, it's committed.
